Envisioned in 2024 by postgraduates and alumni of the University of Oxford, the University of Central Florida, and Florida State University.

Founded by Priscilla Otero Guerra, a political strategist and Oxford-trained governance scholar, GCGP operates at the intersection of AI, data, policy, and multi-sector entrepreneurship. Our goal is simple but ambitious: to design, measure, and govern systems that protect people and planet for the long term.

The Good Climate Governance Project Incorporated (2025) is a for-profit impact firm that designs ESG-aligned, solutions to advance climate justice and regenerative development across global markets.

The Good Climate Governance Project (GCGP) aims to find answers to pressing issues of climate governance, health disparities, and political polarization.
